VEAN COINS are virtual bonus units of the VEAN TATTOO loyalty program. VEAN COINS are credited to the client’s bonus account for payments for services at VEAN TATTOO studios, purchases of products and gift certificates, training, and other activities covered by the program.
Accumulated VEAN COINS can be used to receive discounts on VEAN TATTOO services and products, as well as additional benefits within the loyalty program.
For the purpose of calculating a discount, 1 VEAN COIN corresponds to 1 unit of the currency used in the country to which the participant’s account is linked.
VEAN COINS are not cash, electronic money, or an independent means of payment.
Program participants receive:

Accumulated VEAN COINS can be used to receive discounts on VEAN TATTOO services and products.
VEAN TATTOO Services
Use VEAN COINS to cover up to 30% of the service cost. The remaining amount is paid in cash or by other available payment methods according to the current price list.
VEAN TATTOO Products
Use VEAN COINS to cover up to 100% of the product cost, provided that the participant has enough VEAN COINS in their bonus account. Any unused VEAN COINS remain in the participant’s bonus account unless otherwise specified by the program terms.

VEAN COINS can only be used in the country to which the participant’s account is linked.
What are VEAN COINS awarded for?
VEAN COINS are awarded for:

VEAN COINS are awarded only once for the same transaction, unless the terms of a special offer explicitly state otherwise.

General Provisions
The VEAN TATTOO loyalty program was created for clients of the VEAN TATTOO studio network. Participation in the program is voluntary and means that the participant agrees to these VEAN COINS usage rules. VEAN TATTOO has the right to establish separate terms for earning and using VEAN COINS for specific countries, studios, services, products, events, promotions, and special offers.
VEAN COINS are virtual bonus units of the VEAN TATTOO loyalty program and are used exclusively to receive benefits within the program. VEAN COINS are not:
- cash or monetary funds;
- electronic currency;
- electronic money;
- a means of payment;
- a financial obligation of VEAN TATTOO.
VEAN COINS have no independent monetary value outside the VEAN TATTOO loyalty program. VEAN COINS may not be:
- exchanged for cash;
- withdrawn from the bonus account;
- transferred to another person;
- sold;
- gifted;
- exchanged for other bonus units;
- used outside the VEAN TATTOO loyalty program.
VEAN COINS are credited after the program conditions have been fulfilled and the relevant transaction has been confirmed. Crediting may take place after the relevant service has actually been provided and fully paid for, or after payment for a product, gift certificate, training, or another activity provided for under the program terms has been confirmed.
The time required for VEAN COINS to be credited may depend on the type of transaction and the technical features of the program. The number of VEAN COINS credited depends on the current program terms and may be based on:
- the purchase value;
- the type of service;
- the type of product;
- the current promotion;
- special offers;
- program tasks;
- other conditions established by VEAN TATTOO.
VEAN TATTOO has the right to adjust the credited VEAN COINS in the following cases:
- a technical error;
- an incorrect credit;
- a product return;
- cancellation of a service;
- changes to the transaction terms;
- cancellation or adjustment of the relevant transaction.
VEAN COINS are credited only once for the same transaction, unless the terms of a special offer explicitly provide otherwise. VEAN COINS credited for a transaction may be cancelled or recalculated in the event of a product return, service cancellation, changes to the purchase terms, or any other cancellation of the relevant transaction.
VEAN COINS can only be used if the loyalty program participant’s account is active. VEAN COINS can be used:
- for VEAN TATTOO services - to cover up to 30% of the service cost;
- for VEAN TATTOO products - to cover up to 100% of the product cost.
The remaining amount is paid in accordance with the current price list. The number of VEAN COINS required to receive a discount is calculated according to the calculation rules established by the VEAN TATTOO information system and applicable in the relevant country.
VEAN COINS may not apply to certain services, products, promotions, or special offers unless otherwise specified in their terms. VEAN COINS, discounts, promotions, and promotional certificates cannot be combined unless the terms of a specific promotion or offer explicitly state otherwise. The possibility of using VEAN COINS together with gift certificates is determined by the terms of the relevant offer. Current restrictions and conditions for using VEAN COINS can be confirmed with the manager of the relevant VEAN TATTOO studio.
4.1.1. New Bookings
VEAN COINS can be used when making a new booking and cannot be applied retroactively to services that have already been provided, completed, or fully paid for. VEAN COINS cannot be credited or used after a service has been completed and paid for unless the terms of a specific promotion or special offer explicitly state otherwise.
4.1.2. Top Artist Services
The possibility of earning and using VEAN COINS when paying for services provided by top artists is determined individually at the time of booking. The conditions may depend on the specific artist, service, studio, or special offer.
4.1.3. Combination with Other Discounts and Promotions
The rules for applying discounts for new clients, personal discounts, birthday discounts, student discounts, discounts for military personnel, emergency service employees, and other special discounts are governed by a separate Regulation on the Application of Promotions, Discounts, and VEAN COINS within the VEAN TATTOO Studio Network. If the terms of a specific promotion explicitly allow VEAN COINS to be used together with the relevant discount or promotion, the terms of that promotion apply.
VEAN COINS may be credited for the purchase of gift certificates in accordance with the current program terms.
VEAN COINS cannot be used to fully or partially pay for gift certificates.
Cancellation of Bookings and Services
If a booking or service is cancelled, the VEAN COINS credited for it may be cancelled if the service was not actually provided and paid for. If VEAN COINS were used to receive a discount on a booking that was later cancelled, the used VEAN COINS may be returned to the participant’s bonus account after the cancellation has been processed.
If a client fails to attend a booking without prior notice, the conditions for crediting or returning VEAN COINS may be determined by the current rules of the relevant studio. If VEAN COINS were credited for a service that was later cancelled, refunded, or deemed not to have been provided, the corresponding amount of VEAN COINS may be cancelled.
No monetary compensation is provided for used VEAN COINS.
Product Returns
If a product is returned, the VEAN COINS credited for the corresponding purchase will be cancelled. VEAN COINS used during the purchase will not be returned to the bonus account if the product is returned, unless otherwise explicitly provided by the terms of the relevant offer or applicable law.
VEAN TATTOO reserves the right to change the rules for earning and using VEAN COINS.
VEAN TATTOO may temporarily restrict, suspend, or terminate the loyalty program in accordance with the current rules and applicable law. In the event of product returns, service cancellations, or changes to purchase terms, the amount of VEAN COINS may be recalculated, reduced, or cancelled. Changes to the program terms may depend on the country, studio, type of service or product, special offers, and other conditions. The terms of previously completed transactions may be reviewed in the event of a return, cancellation, technical error, or other adjustment to the relevant transaction.
The validity period of VEAN COINS and the conditions for their cancellation are determined by the current program rules and may depend on the country, studio, type of accrual, or specific promotion terms. The current validity period of accumulated VEAN COINS is displayed in VEAN CUSTOMER or the VEAN TATTOO app if this information is supported by the system functionality. If the validity period of VEAN COINS is not displayed in the system, the participant can check the current terms with the manager of the relevant studio.
VEAN COINS are linked to the account of a specific program participant and cannot be transferred, sold, gifted, or combined with another participant’s bonus balance. If the participant’s account is deleted or deactivated, accumulated VEAN COINS may be cancelled unless otherwise provided by the current program terms or applicable law. Participants are required to provide accurate information when registering for and using the program.
VEAN COINS can only be used in the country to which the participant’s account is linked. If the account country is changed, the terms of using VEAN COINS, the balance, and the recalculation procedure may change in accordance with the program rules applicable in the relevant country.
Changing the account country may also affect the available ways of earning and using VEAN COINS.
In the event of a technical error, incorrect accrual, or any other incorrect crediting of VEAN COINS, VEAN TATTOO has the right to adjust or cancel the corresponding amount of bonuses without prior agreement with the program participant. If VEAN COINS were incorrectly deducted or credited due to a technical error, VEAN TATTOO has the right to restore or adjust the participant’s balance after reviewing the relevant transaction.
VEAN TATTOO reserves the right to restrict or terminate a client’s participation in the program and to cancel VEAN COINS obtained in violation of the program rules. This may apply in particular if any of the following is identified:
- fraud;
- technical manipulation;
- creation of multiple accounts for the purpose of receiving additional bonuses;
- use of another person’s account;
- provision of false information;
- unlawful acquisition or use of VEAN COINS;
- other actions aimed at unlawfully obtaining program benefits.
If a violation is identified, VEAN TATTOO has the right to block the relevant transactions, adjust the balance, or cancel VEAN COINS that were credited unlawfully.
The VEAN COINS balance, accrual and usage history, as well as available program offers, can be accessed in:
- VEAN CUSTOMER - the client’s personal account;
- the VEAN TATTOO app, if the relevant functionality is available in the participant’s country.
The information displayed in VEAN CUSTOMER or the app may be updated as the relevant transactions are processed.
Registration and participation in the VEAN TATTOO loyalty program involve the processing of the participant’s personal data in accordance with the current VEAN TATTOO privacy policy and applicable law. The participant’s data is used for account registration and management, earning and using VEAN COINS, providing personalised offers, maintaining transaction history, and ensuring the operation of the program.
Submissions and disputes
If there are any questions regarding the accrual, deduction, refund, or cancellation of VEAN COINS, the participant may contact the manager of the relevant VEAN TATTOO studio or the support team.
For complaints, comments, or suggestions, the participant may contact:
VEAN TATTOO has the right to request additional information or supporting documents in order to review a disputed transaction.
Disputes are reviewed by the administration of the relevant studio and/or the support team in accordance with these rules, the internal rules of the VEAN TATTOO network, and applicable law.
The conditions for participation of minors in the loyalty program are determined by the VEAN TATTOO rules and the legal requirements of the country in which the program is used. Additional age restrictions may apply to certain services or offers.
The validity period of VEAN COINS and the rules for their accrual and use are governed by the current terms of the VEAN TATTOO loyalty program.
The program terms may vary depending on the country, studio, type of service or product, as well as current special offers. Up-to-date information on the conditions for earning and using VEAN COINS, available discounts, and restrictions can be obtained from the manager of the relevant VEAN TATTOO studio.
If the terms of a specific promotion, special offer, or program in a particular country provide for special rules for using VEAN COINS, the terms of that offer apply to the relevant extent. Use of the loyalty program constitutes acceptance of these rules for using VEAN COINS.
